WIN A STAINED GLASS WINDOW
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following rules (“Rules”) together with the terms and conditions ( the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.firewolfglass.co.uk) apply to ‘Win a Stained Glass Window ‘ Competition. (“the Competition”) which will run from 1/09/2010 to 1/01/2011 or until the limited number of 500 tickets is sold, whichever is the sooner.

Anyone who enters the competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Promoter (“The Promoter”) Kate Doig, 18 Queen Street, North Petherton, Somerset, TA6 6RQ and also can be found at www.firewolfglass.co.uk

Details of the Competition
a) To enter the Competition an Entrant must purchase an official ticket for the sum of £10 (ten pounds) and register their details on the corresponding ticket counterfoil.
b) Tickets will be limited to 500 in total.
c) Tickets will be available to purchase from 01/09/2010 until 03/01/2011 or until they have sold out, whichever is the sooner.
d) The winner will be selected at random from all the entries received. The draw will take place on 07/01/2011 .

Eligibility.
Entrants must be 16 or over.

Prize
The prize is a Stained Glass Leaded light window, handmade by the Artist Kate Doig to a design to be agreed by Kate Doig and the winning entrant which meets the criteria set out in the conditions.


Conditions
a) The Prize is valued at a maximum of £500 (five hundred pounds Sterling).There is no cash equivalent.

b) The area size of the prize is to be no greater than 0.5m ²(half a square metre)

c) Up to 5 different colours of glass in total can be used. Glass can be chosen from the Tatra, Waterglass, Baroque, Wispy or English Muffle ranges.

d) The borders to be 10mm rounded or flat H lead came. Internal leads to be 5mm or 6mm rounded or flat H lead came.

e) No fusing, painting, staining, etching or enamelling to be included in the prize.

f) The design to be agreed by the Artist Kate Doig

g) The Artist Kate Doig reserves the right to refuse any designs which she feels are inappropriate or may cause offence.

h) The Prize does not include fitting of the window.

i) The Prize does not include any packaging, shipping, postage, transportation or any other associated costs.

j) The window design must be agreed by March 1st 2011

k) The stained glass window will be completed by the Artist at the latest by August 31st 2011.

l) The winning entrant must allow pictures of the completed stained glass window to be used on the Artists website www.firewolfglass.co.uk or in any press coverage if required.

'Have a Heart' is an appeal run by Global Charities, Registered Charity Number 1091657.

Have a Heart aims to make a difference to the lives of disadvantaged children in the local community. Those who are vulnerable, face adversity or suffer from illness and are deprived of the childhood that every child deserves.
