This traditional leaded piece depicts the Four Directions, Earth in the North (represented by wheat), Air in the East (represented by feathers), Fire in the South (represented by the sun) and Water in the West (represented by fish). It was commissioned to celebrate a hand-fasting, the initials of the wedding couple being entwined in the centre. The piece is acid etched and silk screened on hand made English Antique glass. Size 460mm x 410mm.
