These copper foiling glass workshops will focus on making beautiful little light catchers for your windows, or as decorative gifts for friends or family. There are festive based themes around Easter and Christmas but you don’t have to keep to the themes offered. I will also be offering a workshop making copper foiled flowers. Dates and details coming soon. The dates for 2025 are in the options drop down section. Spaces are limited. The venue is the lovely hall at Woolavington. Workshops will run from 10am until 4pm. Plenty of parking is available. The day includes all materials and use of equipment. Please bring an apron and wear closed in shoes. Cakes, biscuits, flapjack and other refreshments are provided throughout the day, just bring your own lunch.
You will learn how to cut glass safely, how to use a glass grinder, how to apply copper foil and how to solder it all together. There will be a choice of templates for you to use for your light catchers. This will be a fun filled day so why not come with a friend?
This workshop is ideal for beginners as well as those who have more experience. Not suitable for children.
